Your promises are ‘yes’ and ‘amen’
You are a one word God.
Nature has a cycle.It comes and it goes. There is a time for renewal, there is a season when all seems to fade away. All gray looking, lifeless. Until all is new again.
You have created once and once only. We are all subject to renewal, leaving the old for the new. There comes a time to shine and a time to hide in You.
Only You God, the Almighty, don’t need to go through the cycle of nature. You are the Great I Am.
Life, sometimes, seems unfair, unjust, betraying, and ugly. Then we say ‘such is life’. Probably a way of acknowledging this challenging fact in existence.
Shining is beautiful, powerful, attractive, envious. It’s on top, the first, the best, the favorite. The cycle of a shining nature is what we never want to see end because it makes us feel confident and on top of the world. Slowly the brightness changes and we refuse to admit it, to accept what is about to happen.
The ugly cycle is the one that causes anger, and low self-esteem. We just want to hide or stop existing. Disappear.
During the cycle of nature, we go through the fire, watering, molding, ‘handle with care’. Ready for bigger and better. And such confidence only comes from knowing the God that You are. Faithful.
You said the battle is Yours because You knew about the ugly cycle. You made day and night. I know I will shine at the end of the tunnel.
You are God, You are true, You are faithful.
