Attitude Is A Garment

Attitude is a garment in the wardrobe of identity.

As we choose the clothes we buy and say “this is me”. Likewise should we choose attitudes that will define the true identity we have in Christ Jesus.

Our identity is made of the different attitudes we have to life. We have an attitude towards money and another one towards the type of person we want to spend the rest of our lives with. We have an attitude towards how people treat us. All these form an identity we believe is who we are. However, if that identity is not the reflection of who God says we are then we might still feel dissatisfaction within.

Identity is not making a lot of money rather who you are that generates money. The true you has potential to earn money through the utilisation of gifts and talents divinely given before birth.

Identity is not success either, whatever success is in our eyes. We can identify with success because of the attitude we have towards it. Some people think that success is for a certain kind and others believe that they have the potential within. And so, because they have that attitude to success, then surely it will come to pass that which they believe about themselves.

My attitude towards me will draw around the people who fit the same kind. That is why God will separate some people to work in them so that they get to discover who they really are.

Needless to say that this discovery affects attitude.

Gracefully,

Kate
